Shipping Policy
In the event that the policies stipulated below is not applicable / enforceable in a member’s own local area, states/province, country, etc, the member has the right to choose either one to adhere to. Irrespectively, BZHUB will still maintain their policies as stipulated below:

Each seller are required to arrange for shipment of their product sold to the respective buyer(s) within Fourteen (14) days from the date when the deal is concluded between the seller and the buyer(s). |

| 2. |
In the event seller failed to arrange shipment of their products sold the respective buyer(s) within Fourteen (14) days, the buyer(s) will lodge a complaint to BZHUB and will be brought up on the BZHUB complaint forum, where the following might take place: |

a. |
If the complaint reached bzHUB before the 14th day from the date of deal conclusion between the buyer and seller, bzHUB will hold the payment from reaching seller’s bzD account and may refund it to the buyer IF it is proven to be the fault or negligence of the seller. |

b. |
bzHUB will not compensate or refund to buyer IF their complaint came after 14th day deadline. |

c. |
IF the complaint reached bzHUB after the 14th day deadline, bzHUB would already have released the payment to the seller. However, the aggrieved buyer have the right to bring up the dispute to bzHUB complaint forum, where bzHUB may be requested to be the mediator to assist both seller and buyer to resolve their dispute. |

d. |
bzHUB is not responsible for the outcome of the dispute resolution between the buyer and seller. However, bzHUB will revert bzD points from the seller account back to the buyer account, IF it is requested by both consenting parties, as per their final resolution of the dispute. |

e. |
Whether the resolution involves product replacement or not, it is entirely up to how the disputing parties resolves their disputes. bzHUB will not be involved any further. |
