BZHUB do not concur to any uploading or listing of the following items for sale or purchase or any form of transaction or agreement through any BZHUB websites: |

Politically sensitive material |
| |
b. |
Pornographic materials |
| |
c. |
Flesh trade & prostitution of any sort or any similar trading |
| |
d. |
Endangered species of plants, animals, insects, etc |
| |
e. |
Banned/Harmful/Dangerous items for sale or purchase which includes but not limited to the following: |
| |
f. |
Firearms of any form, concealed or otherwise |
| |
g. |
Weaponry of any form, concealed or otherwise |
| |
h. |
Chemicals, Poisons, Radioactive materials or substance in any form or state that are harmful to people, animals and the environment, etc |
| |
i. |
Items that are stolen or illegally obtained |
| |
j. |
Fake / Unauthentic or misleading items |
| |

| 2. |
BZHUB generally do not concur and despise any attempt in anyway by anyone to use any of the BZHUB websites for any form of malicious purpose or intent to artificially manipulate demand and supply situation, inflict damage, cause grievance or victimize the innocents or unsuspecting users irrespective of whatever rationale they may have, they will be only referred by BZHUB here as “Criminals”.

If necessary, BZHUB will provide full co-operation and details of such Criminals to the relevant authority to take appropriate actions against the Criminals. |

| 4. |
The “Others” refers to companies, organization, associations, clubs, authorities, bodies or any groups irrespective whether it is of commercial, professionals, political or whatsoever, along with its leaders, decision-makers, financiers, supporters, board of directors, its employees, agents, etc where no part of the bzHUB organization has any visible control or decision making authority over. This also includes but not limiting to the likes business merger, joint-ventures or any form of partnerships, its affiliations and bzHUB subsidiaries which are not wholly owned by any part of bzHUB organization. |

| 5. |
Prior to listing any items for Sale/Purchase on any BZHUB Websites, those interested need to: |

a. |
Sign up as BZHUB member (membership is free) |
| |
b. |
They are also required to fill in a simple questionnaire concerning their buying habits/behavior. |
| |
c. |
Newly registered members need to have adequate bzD points (please refer to the Definition under the Terms & Condition section below) to proceed in listing their products for advertising, and for selling / buying. |
| |
d. |
After registering, the member can either select to log in as a seller to do selling or as a buyer to do buying, but not both simultaneously. This is to avoid unfair practices and ensure ethical conduct among buyer and sellers. |
| |
e. |
The signed up members will need to specify the items they want to advertise, the quantity, specification, Brand (if any), the duration to be advertised |
| |
f. |
BZHUB will advice members on the various package offer for listing their products (refer to below “Listing Package” section) |
| |

| 6. |
While their item is being list on the BZHUB websites: |
| |
a. |
A one-time charge will be levied upon the member based on the chosen advertisement package (refer to below “Listing Package” section). If the item is sold before the advertisement end date, BZHUB’s Administrator will refund the remaining days in BZD. |

b. |
After each duration ended, the member will be prompt / notified |
| |
c. |
To ask whether the member wants to re-post their ads or not |
