If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link. You will need to enter your username and answer 2 security questions. An email will be sent to your registered email address with system generated password. You can reset your own password after log in.

| What is bzD? |
bzD is the currency used in bzHUB’s virtual environment. All buying and selling within bzHUB are done in bzD. Do not worry about this bzD because you can always redeem it and we will pay you back what you put in (please refer to our terms & conditions).

| How much does bzD cost? |
bzD currency are available in denomination between 10 to 100,000 ( now bzD 1.00 = RM 1.00 ). We will vary the bzD based on foreign currency exchange rates (ie., US Dollar) from time to time (please refer to our terms & conditions).

We intend to reduce the frequency of using credit cards in order to minimize chances of fraud / spam that occurred in most of the online trading environment. By using bzD, you are only required to use the payment gateway whenever you need to top-up. This will definitely minimize your credit card information from being exposed too frequently in the Internet. Thereby greatly reduce the risks of cyber thefts and other forms of malicious attacks by hackers.

| How to buy/ top up bzD? |
You can purchase bzD with your Visa or Master cards by filling in the “Top up my credits” tab. You can also redeem your bzD at any time that you want by paying a small amount of redemption charges.

| How to post my buying enquiries? |
A registered member can post their buying enquiries and its Free of charge. Essentially, it is an invitation to sellers to quote their prices and terms regarding a certain product or product range. Both buyers and sellers can immediately start their negotiation in the bzhub trading environment.

| How to contact buyers or post my selling advertisement? |
If you are a registered member and intend to sell your products in bzhub, you can click on the “SELL” button at the left navigator and look for buyers’ ads. If you want to advertise your products, we have 3 packages for your choice. Once your advertisement is on display, our auto-match engine will start searching for buyers enquires that match with your products specification. An auto-match message will be sent to your bargaining counter and you can start your negotiation with other parties.

| How to pay my advertising fees & how I can receive money from buyers? |
We are dealing with bzD in bzhub.com. After you purchase bzD with your credit cards, the advertising fees will be deducted from your bzD account daily. Similarly, the buyers will pay in bzD and it will be credited into sellers account after 5 days from the date of product received by buyers. This is to ensure both parties are satisfied with the products quality and no complaint has been lodge on this particular transaction.

| What happens If the Product I bought through bzHUB didn’t arrive or was not in a condition that I’ve expected? |
bzHUB have a Complaint Forum for aggrieved buyers to complaint / seek compensation / refund from the seller involved. bzHUB administrator may assist in mediating the dispute to hopefully resolve it amicably.

| How to redeem bzD? |
Minimum redeemable sum is bzD10.00 and maximum is bzD3,000.00 per day. You can click onto “Redeem My bzD” button to redeem. You will be subsequently paid via either telegraphic transfer or demand draft (Bank Check), after deducting the relevant bank and handling charges.

| What do I get if I tell my friends about bzHUB? |
Yes. You can firstly click onto the “Tell Friends” button under Referral Program panel to introduce your friends to bzHUB. If two of your friends which you recommended registered, logged in and transacted in bzHUB, you will be rewarded bzD2.00 for your kindness. However, the commission is only applicable to first time transaction of this pair of new "Users" and it is ONLY VALID for a combined sales value of bzD60. bzHUB reserves the right to withdraw the original introducer's commission IF this term is breached by those he/she introduced.
